Does each sub fund require separate annual filing requirements?
While the Annual Return will be required for filing with each sub-fund providing its own accounts, there is no specific requirement for separate Annual Report for each sub-fund. Multiple sub-funds can be present each in separate columns and the same document used for separate filings.
